Welcome to FaydaIndia.

FaydaIndia is an online platform for discovering and advertising businesses, professional services, B2B suppliers, products, local vendors, education providers, software and other services across India.

These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you visit, register with, advertise on or otherwise use FaydaIndia.

FaydaIndia is operated by Edatamantra LLP, with its registered office at F2 Ayojan Nagar Society, Shreyas Railway Crossing, Vasana, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007, India.

By accessing or using FaydaIndia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

1. About FaydaIndia

FaydaIndia helps people find businesses and services and gives businesses, professionals, suppliers and other legitimate advertisers a place to present their products and services online.

The Platform may include listings for:

• Local businesses and service providers

• Professional and consulting services

• IT, technology and digital services

• B2B suppliers and business products

• Manufacturers, sellers and distributors

• Education and training providers

• Health, medical and fitness services

• Real estate and related services

• Travel and immigration services

• Products and shopping

• Apps and software

• Jobs and other categories made available on the Platform

The categories and services available on FaydaIndia may change from time to time.

FaydaIndia provides the platform for discovery and advertising. Unless expressly stated otherwise, FaydaIndia is not the seller, service provider, manufacturer, agent, broker or representative of the businesses and third parties whose listings appear on the Platform.

2. Using FaydaIndia

You may use FaydaIndia to search for businesses, services, products, suppliers and other listings, and where permitted, to create and manage listings.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and our other applicable policies.

Some features may require registration or additional information. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials.

You must not use another person's account or provide false information about yourself or your business.

3. Business and Service Listings

If you create a listing on FaydaIndia, you are responsible for the information and material you submit.

Depending on the category, a listing may include a business name, service description, product information, location, contact details, photographs, website, prices, offers and other information relevant to the listing.

You should provide information that is accurate, relevant and reasonably up to date.

If your business, service, product, location, contact details or offer changes, you should update the listing where possible.

FaydaIndia does not guarantee that a listing will receive enquiries, views, leads, sales, search visibility or any particular business result.

4. Responsibility for Your Listing

You are responsible for making sure that:

• You have the right to advertise the business, product or service described in your listing.

• Your listing does not contain false, misleading or deceptive information.

• Your claims about products, services, prices, qualifications, experience, certifications or results are accurate.

• You have permission to use photographs, logos, videos, trademarks and other material that you upload.

• Your listing complies with applicable laws and regulations.

• Your listing is placed in the appropriate category and location.

• You do not create duplicate listings for the same business, product or service without a legitimate reason.

Businesses and professionals are responsible for dealing directly with customers or other users who contact them through their listings.

5. User-Submitted Content

FaydaIndia allows users to submit content, including text, photographs, videos, business information, contact details, links and other material.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit.

By submitting content to FaydaIndia, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit and publish that content.

You grant FaydaIndia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote and provide the Platform and its services.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to FaydaIndia.

6. Content Review and Moderation

FaydaIndia does not guarantee that every user-submitted listing or piece of content is reviewed before it appears on the Platform.

We may, however, review, moderate, restrict, edit, disable or remove content where we believe it:

• Violates these Terms or another FaydaIndia policy

• Is false, misleading or deceptive

• Is spam, duplicated or substantially low-value

• Is outdated or no longer relevant

• Is placed in the wrong category or location

• Infringes another person's rights

• Promotes unlawful or prohibited activity

• Creates a risk to users or the Platform

• Attempts to manipulate search visibility or the Platform's systems

• Contains excessive or abusive promotional links

• Is otherwise unsuitable for FaydaIndia

We may also restrict or remove a listing where we are unable to reasonably establish that it represents a legitimate business, service, product or other permitted offering.

FaydaIndia does not have an obligation to monitor every listing or investigate every claim made by a user.

7. Competing Platforms and Marketplace Promotion

FaydaIndia welcomes legitimate businesses and service providers, including businesses that may operate in related or overlapping industries.

However, FaydaIndia is not intended to be a free advertising channel for other business directories, classified websites, marketplaces or substantially similar competing platforms.

We may therefore decline, restrict or remove a listing whose primary purpose is to promote or redirect users to another:

• Business directory

• Classified advertising website

• Business-listing platform

• Marketplace

• Local-business discovery platform

• Lead-generation platform

• Other substantially similar competing service

This applies whether the listing is free or paid.

A business that operates another platform may still be permitted to advertise a genuine product or service that it actually provides, subject to the normal FaydaIndia listing and advertising requirements.

FaydaIndia may determine whether the main purpose of a listing is to advertise a legitimate business or service or to promote a competing platform.

8. Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not use FaydaIndia to post, promote or distribute content or activity that:

• Is illegal or intended to facilitate illegal activity

• Is fraudulent, deceptive or materially misleading

• Impersonates another person or business

• Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, privacy or other rights

• Contains malicious software or attempts to compromise the Platform

• Harasses, threatens or abuses other people

• Contains hateful or discriminatory material

• Publishes another person's private or identifying information without appropriate permission

• Promotes prohibited goods, services or activities

• Creates misleading business, product or service claims

• Uses fake reviews, fake enquiries or other deceptive methods to manipulate users

• Attempts to manipulate FaydaIndia's search, ranking, listing or advertising systems

• Uses automated methods to create accounts, listings, enquiries or other activity without our permission

• Collects or uses information about other users for unlawful or abusive purposes

FaydaIndia may take action against accounts or listings that violate these rules.

9. Duplicate and Low-Quality Listings

A listing should provide useful information about a genuine business, service, product or other permitted offering.

You must not create multiple substantially identical listings simply to obtain additional visibility.

FaydaIndia may merge, restrict, deactivate or remove duplicate, repetitive, misleading, empty or substantially low-value listings.

Listings that are created primarily for search-engine manipulation, artificial link building or promotional purposes unrelated to the actual FaydaIndia category may also be removed.

10. External Websites and Links

Listings may contain links to websites operated by third parties.

FaydaIndia does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, services, privacy practices or terms.

A link appearing on FaydaIndia does not necessarily mean that FaydaIndia recommends, endorses or has verified the linked business or website.

You should make your own enquiries and exercise appropriate care before entering into a transaction or sharing sensitive information with another business or website.

11. Transactions Between Users

FaydaIndia provides a platform for discovery, advertising and communication.

Unless FaydaIndia expressly states otherwise for a particular service, transactions, negotiations, payments, delivery arrangements, contracts and other dealings between users are between those parties.

FaydaIndia is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee that a buyer, seller, business, service provider or other user will complete a transaction.

Users should independently verify important information before making payments, entering contracts or engaging a business or service provider.

12. Premium Advertising and Paid Services

Some FaydaIndia features, advertising placements, plans or promotional services may be available for a fee.

Where you purchase a paid plan or advertising service, the applicable price, duration and terms presented at the time of purchase will apply.

Unless otherwise stated, deleting a listing before the end of a purchased advertising period does not create a right to reuse the unused portion of that period or receive a refund for it.

Additional payment, cancellation or refund terms may apply to particular services and are provided in our Payments and Refunds Policy.

13. Electronic Communications

When you register for an account or otherwise provide contact information to FaydaIndia, you may receive communications relating to your account, listings, enquiries, transactions, security, support, policies and Platform services.

Where permitted by law, you may also receive promotional communications. You can use the available unsubscribe or communication-preference options for promotional messages.

Important service or account communications may still be sent where necessary to operate your account or provide the requested service.

14. Intellectual Property

The FaydaIndia Platform, including its software, design, layout, databases, logos, trademarks, graphics, text and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Edatamantra LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by FaydaIndia, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Platform or its content.

You may use information available on FaydaIndia for ordinary personal or business discovery purposes through the Platform.

15. Automated Access and Data Collection

You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools or other automated systems to access, collect, reproduce or monitor FaydaIndia content or Platform activity without our prior permission, except where such access is expressly permitted by applicable technical standards or law.

You must not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, security measures, access controls or features intended to protect the Platform.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or listing where we reasonably believe that the account or activity:

• Violates these Terms or another FaydaIndia policy;

• Is fraudulent, abusive or misleading;

• Creates a security or legal risk;

• Attempts to manipulate the Platform;

• Repeatedly violates listing requirements; or

• Is otherwise harmful to FaydaIndia or its users.

We may also remove individual listings without terminating the user's entire account where appropriate.

In serious cases, we may permanently restrict an account from creating further listings.

Where required or appropriate, we may cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.

17. Reporting a Listing or Violation

If you believe that a listing violates these Terms, our Ad Posting Policy or applicable law, you can report it through the reporting features available on FaydaIndia or contact us at:

Please provide enough information for us to understand the issue and identify the relevant listing or account.

We may review reports at our discretion and take appropriate action.

18. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how FaydaIndia collects, uses and handles personal information.

By using FaydaIndia, you acknowledge that your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

19. Disclaimer

FaydaIndia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will always be available or uninterrupted;

• Every listing or piece of information will be accurate or complete;

• Every business or service provider will meet a user's expectations;

• A listing will generate enquiries, customers, sales or other business results;

• Information provided by third parties is independently verified unless expressly stated otherwise.

Listings and other user-submitted information are provided by third parties. Users should make their own enquiries and exercise reasonable care when evaluating a business, product or service.

Nothing on FaydaIndia should be treated as professional, financial, legal, medical or other specialised advice unless expressly identified as such and provided by an appropriately qualified professional.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edatamantra LLP and FaydaIndia will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;

• Information supplied by other users;

• Transactions or communications between users;

• Third-party websites or services;

• Unauthorised access to accounts or information;

• Temporary interruption, technical failure or unavailability of the Platform; or

• Reliance on information contained in a listing.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Changes to FaydaIndia and These Terms

FaydaIndia may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform from time to time.

We may also update these Terms when our services, policies, legal requirements or business practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page. Your continued use of FaydaIndia after an updated version becomes available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

22. Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.

Any dispute relating to the Platform or these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, subject to applicable law.
